Meet Our Staff

A native to Arizona, Dr. Erik Pease was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona.  Dr. Pease attended Arizona State University where he received his undergraduate bachelors degree in Biology.  Dr. Pease graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry and received a Certificate in Public Health from The University Of North Carolina in 2008.  Dr. Pease has completed multiple internships at public health clinics in Arizona and California including St. Vincent DePaul and CASS homeless shelter in Phoenix.  Dr. Pease is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Arizona Dental Association (AZDA) and the Central Arizona Dental Society (CADS).

In 2008 Dr. Erik Pease began practicing with his father Paul J. Pease, D.D.S.

Dr. Josie Oliva earned her dental degree from the University of Illinois and from there entered into private practice in 2009. She is passionate about promoting prevention and emphasizing the oral-systemic health connection. She loves learning about advances in clinical dentistry and treating patients of all ages. She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors with her family and volunteering to causes dear to her heart.

Aubrey Taylor is a native of Mesa, AZ. She graduated with a degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene in 2021 at Pima College in Tucson, AZ. She also completed an internship at the Pasqua Yaqui Tribe Dental Center in Tucson, AZ.

Aubrey loves to make a positive difference for her patients. She helps them learn how healthy mouths contribute to healthy bodies. She enjoys teaching effective hygiene techniques. In her free time, she loves to go to the movies, play the piano, sing, and spend time with her 9-year-old daughter, 11-year-old son, and loved ones. 

Erika has been active in the dental field since 2001. She expanded her love of dentistry by graduating with her Dental Hygiene degree from Carrington College in 2011. She is passionate about providing quality dental care and loves attending continuing education classes to elevate and specialize dental care for her patients.

Erika was born and raised in Michigan and grew up a huge University of Michigan sports fan! She moved to Arizona in the late 80s with her family before returning to Michigan to complete her bachelor’s degree in business at Michigan Tech University. She has been an Arizona resident since 2001. She enjoys traveling and being in the Arizona sunshine with her family, husband, kids, and 3 dogs.
